The Word Chakra Triggers Spiritual Awakening
The first time that I received a reading from a psychic she told me that she could see that my sacral chakra was out of alignment. She gave me my first crystal to help with balancing my sacral chakra, it was a piece of raw citrine. My entire world shifted at that moment. It was as if the word chakra was a magical key that unlocked a new level of spiritual understanding within me. I began researching all about chakras and was amazed at how accurate her reading was for me.
When I first heard the word chakra my sacral chakra lit up in the color orange right below my naval. I saw this orange color ball as if I was looking down my spine from inside of my body from where my eyes sit. It was like an untapped part of me turned on and brought a whirlwind of understanding and spiritual knowledge into my awareness.
Chakras Explained
We generate frequencies within our own energy fields through our lifestyle and biology. The key is to keep your energy field in balance with your body, mind, and soul. Chakras are circular vortex-like energy centers that align a central light beam within our energy fields. The energy or frequencies generated at these centers are portals between dimensions within an object, person, animal, or a location's energy field. Chakras within the body are believed to play a crucial role in our overall well-being and spiritual development and they are powerful energy centers within the body that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By understanding and working with these energy centers, we can cultivate balance, harmony, healing, and spiritual growth in our lives.
The 12-chakra system and the 7-chakra system are popular views of the human chakra system. I've clairvoyantly observed numerous other chakras around the human body including armpits and both back shoulders that I interpret as left and right wing chakras. Energy centers can be found near glands, openings in the body cavity, joints, nerves, and places of sensitivity. Our biological bodies are gateways to the etheric through chakra points and our body systems process the energy flowing through our bodies like circuits. Each point or center is energetically connected to a central light beam that connects us in spirit to the infinite source, God the creator, and all that exists. Meridians are energy channels throughout the body that are connected to chakras and also play a major role in the flow of life force throughout the body. There are both yin and yang meridians that connect to each chakra and there are nerves and glands associated with each chakra as well. Some chakras are majors while other chakras are smaller and known as minor points.
There are universal standards for balanced chakra centers. A balanced root chakra in harmony and alignment with the other chakras tends to emit bright red color tones. The colors that chakras give off are generated from the frequencies of the physical and non-physical matter around a certain location along a person's quantum field. This includes the energy from organs, tissues, nerves, fluids, and cells physically and also thoughts, feelings, emotions, and energy attachments connected to the location. When colors are dim, blocked, or off hue this can be an indicator that there is some sort of imbalance around that area of the body connected to that specific chakra. Bringing your awareness to a chakra point and connecting with it can be a helpful guide for you to understand how to make adjustments to your lifestyle to bring your physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional health into balance.
Energy can become blocked within the body in a number of ways both physically and etherically. Some examples of the most common ways that chakras become blocked are through the results of programmed beliefs including short circuits within the nervous system, the holding onto lower frequency emotions, thoughts, memories, and feelings, toxins and pollutants, unresolved past life energy, and physical damage to the body. When there is a blockage of energy our life force energy no longer flows freely and this triggers a negative response within the body.
To balance your chakras one of the most effective ways to do this is through intention and visualization. Close your eyes and take your awareness to a chakra center. Read the chakra through your intention and by asking your higher source, "What does this chakra look like?" Allow yourself a few quiet moments to receive any sensory response that unfolds whether you begin to think of a memory from the past or you begin to see colors, shapes, and lights. Your best tool for spiritual development is your inner guiding voice that is connected to all that is and that can help guide you to your desired outcome. Ask your higher source or the chakra itself, "What can I do to balance this energy center or heal this ailment?" Begin to visualize the chakra spinning in a clockwise motion and expand the color out through your intention of balancing your energy.
My goal is to be an open and clear channel, free-flowing, present, and grounded. I start my mornings by connecting with my chakras to be sure they are open and flowing, bright, balanced, and in harmony with the other energy centers throughout my body. Aside from visualization and intentions, I use a variety of sounds and techniques like pure isometric tones, tuning forks, drums, chants, bells and chimes, yoga and stretches, white light transmissions and colors, raw pieces of copper, crystal pyramids and spheres, and healing gemstones as part of my morning chakra balancing and grounding meditation. I'm also sure to drink enough spring or alkaline water to help my cells stay hydrated which has a major positive effect on chakras and meridian flow.
Let your higher mind guide you as you reconnect with your sacred body, mind and spirit as one through chakra balancing. You are equipped with an infinite source of guidance and power from within you that can guide your healing journey. Here are a number of techniques that you may find helpful for chakra balancing: somatic therapy, yoga and stretches, movement and exercise, sound therapies, meditations and affirmations, breathwork, reiki and energy healing sessions, various therapies including talk therapy (to get it off your chest and resolve unresolved wounds) and hypnotherapy (to understand how your subconscious is influencing your energy), diet and food choices, healing gemstones, minerals, and metals all can be used to cleanse, activate, and balance the chakras. Use the laws of energy or the laws of the universe as a guide when you are balancing your chakras through unconditional love alchemy, transmutation, and the use of the color rays.
Working with the chakras is a personal journey, and each individual may have their own unique experiences and challenges in this process. Higher mind connection and power will increase when you work and train your spiritual muscles consistently. Keep at it and try not to be frustrated but rather grateful to have the opportunity to be able to have the ability to bring positive changes to your life and health. Find which hz frequencies work best for you for each chakra and what works for you may be different than what works for someone else. Warm up your body and chakras by standing tall, focusing on your breath, and touching your toes followed by reaching above you. Elongate your spine and stretch, breathing light into your body and while keeping the intention to balance your energy flow. As you listen to healing sounds, practice breathwork and breathing balancing energy into the area of the boy you are working with. This can be accompanied by visuals of healing color rays and white light flowing into the area of the body that you desire.
Below the root chakra, we have an earth star chakra that has bright white and brown hues. This energy center connects us with the earth and our sense of being present and grounded to the earth plane. Above the crown chakra, we have a soul star chakra that emits a pink-silverish color and that connects us with our cosmic heart, soul blueprint, and higher soul alignment. Even cars, homes, and planes have chakras. Let's dive into the 7 main chakras.
Muladhara Root Chakra
The first chakra is the Root Chakra, also known in Sanskrit as the Muladhara Chakra. Meditate on the visual of the root chakra symbol as a four-petaled lotus representing the mind, intellect, consciousness, and ego. Located at the base of the spine, it is associated with our sense of stability, security, and connection to the physical world. When this chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, secure, and confident. However, an imbalanced root chakra can lead to intense feelings of fear, insecurity, and lack of trust within ourselves and in the world. When we balance the root chakra transform fear to wisdom, understanding, and trust.
When there are cracks in the foundation a house is not supported by the strongest base. Compare this to your root chakra and consider your root chakra as the foundational chakra for the rest of your chakras. The root chakra should be firmly rooted into the earth for a sense of being present, focused, and confident. This energy center is also tied to ancestral unresolved energy and a sense of security with your family in your current lifetime. Financial harmony and flow are also tied to the root chakra's bright red and sturdy roots meaning that you are able to be your authentic self and with clarity, assertion, and motivation.
I describe the root chakra to be associated with the lower back, pelvis, hips, legs, feet, muscles, bones, nervous system, urinary tract system, the excretion part of digestion, hair, and skin. It's commonly believed that if there is an imbalanced root chakra there is illness, pain, or fatigue somewhere within the body. In medical astrology, the root chakra is governed by the ruler of the air sign Aries, the planet Mars, who governs the reproductive system. When you are giving yourself energy healing, connect with Aires energy to help balance related to your head and toes. As you visualize your root chakra, begin to see it expanding in bright red and spinning in a clockwise motion. You may chant Lam, say affirmations or any technique to begin to experience a shift in your energy field that you will begin to notice. As you spend time with your root chakra, your inner child may also guide you to healing unresolved aspects of your reality related to your sense of stability and security.
If there was an experience like a lot of fighting and arguing that was witnessed as a child, there may be a fear of punishment or other imbalances leading to holding onto unresolved lower-frequency emotions like anger, frustration, hate, and anxiety. This is where movement is great for releasing deeply rooted traumas within an energy field and tied into the physical body around muscles, nerves, and the back. There are numerous therapies that you could consider to help move energy within your field or root chakra. The person with a lot of stored bitterness or pain regarding early childhood in their root chakra may experience pain or illness within the body especially lower back pain, acne, or struggles with mental health.
Repetitive drum sounds or drumming, metal singing bowls, and tuning forks are great for balancing the root chakra. Visualize your root chakra rooted into the earth beneath you and visualize the glowing, healing, and electromagnetic energy from the earth flowing into your body and into your root chakra charging it. Intuitively eating to balance your root chakra can be by adding some cinnamon into your diet, red organic and natural foods, rooted foods, other herbs and barks, and good quality drinking water. My favorite root chakra physical exercises are the Malasana squat pose, hip thrusts, and running.
The root chakra is all about alchemizing wounds into wisdom, establishing a healthy foundation for a thriving life, and optimism for a positive future. Balance your root chakra through divine numerology with the number 4 to represent foundations, stability, and security. The element associated with the root chakra is earth energy as your root is your tree to earth. Close your eyes and listen to the sacred sounds of the ancient didgeridoo drum to help you ground and center your energy.
Svadhisthana Sacral Chakra
The second chakra and going up the body is the Sacral Chakra, also known in Sanskrit as the Svadhisthana Chakra. Meditate on the visual of the sacral chakra symbol as a six-petaled lotus, the color orange, and through divine numerology with the number 6. The sacral chakra is located below the navel in the lower abdomen and it is associated with our creativity, sexuality, and emotional well-being. When this chakra is balanced, it allows us to experience pleasure, passion, and emotional stability. Imbalances in the sacral chakra can manifest as a disconnect from one's sense of self and identity, a sense of belonging, a lack of creativity and sexual intimacy. When we balance our sacral chakra we want to transform shame and guilt into understanding, drive, and virtue.
All chakras spin energy into and out of their vortex centers but the sacral chakra is truly our creation portal where we have a reproductive system used to create babies and also where we birth ideas and manifestations into physical reality. When we love ourselves and feel confident to express our creativity, we have healthy sexual intimacy and are able to find pleasure in our daily lives we have balanced sacral chakras. The sacral chakra is known to be the center to work with if you have writer's block and emotional instability as it is associated with the element water. Water representing an infinite flow of consciousness coming from an emotional balance, great for alchemy, cleansing, and transmutation. A balanced sacral chakra allows you to get creative and transform pain through creative outlets without the fear of judgment.
The sacral chakra is associated with the reproductive system, the sacrum, ribosomes, stem cells, bone marrow, and chemical digestion and absorption parts of digestion. In medical astrology, the sacral chakra is governed by the ruler of Gemini and Virgo, the planet Mercury. You may chant Vam or create artwork working with the color rays to keep your chi flow through your sacral chakra balanced. The sacral chakra is your center of gender self-identity and it is important to honor your divine masculine and divine feminine for a balanced sacral chakra.
When we carry unresolved sexual or emotional abuse and trauma the sacral chakra can become out of alignment and dimmed. We then feel cut off from our authentic desire to create and express ourselves and we tend to feel sad, withdrawn, tense, disgusted and stuck. The best way out of these energies is to stimulate yourself with the things that you love and enjoy and become self-assured and welcoming of help from the divine and new opportunities. The sacral chakra tends to collect energy cords, like a basket that holds wildflowers, that are tied to the opposite sex with members of our biological family members, tied to our intimate partners in the past or present, and to events ad traumas that we really struggle to move forward from. When Mother Gia is imbalanced she quakes, her oceans rise, her breath is air that thunders, and her mind is electric lightning. The sacral chakra is symbolic of our sacred creator energy center and plays a major role in how we feel, our mood, and how we present ourselves to the world.
Drawing, painting, writing, citrus and natural orange foods, and wearing the color orange or crystal citrine are all balancing for the sacral chakra. Drinking enough of good quality drinking water to keep your cells hydrated and for your ability to focus which keeps your sacral chakra balanced. Just do it is the motto for the sacral chakra. Put the pen to paper and just do it. This will help you to remove blocks and get energy flowing. Your intention is important, "my sacral chakra is open and flowing." Do the shadow work and reconnect with the infinite creator always within you. This connection takes a journey and development and it is your responsibility to learn how to create within your life and your sacral chakra gives you the drive. My favorite exercises for the sacral chakra are tummy rolls, side twists, lunges, and goddess and cobra poses. My love for stringed instruments comes from the many years that I spent playing the violin as a child. Today I love to play stringed music when I am working with my sacral, heart, and third eye chakras.
Manipura Solar Plexus
The third chakra is the Solar Plexus. Chant Manipura or Ram to balance your Manipura chakra. Meditate on the visual of the solar plexus symbol as a 10-petaled lotus with a downward triangle in the center. The solar plexus shines bright like the sun with beautiful golden yellow and white rays. This energy center has a bright and shiny glow similar to the rays of the sun. If you decide to use a crystal grid for your space or healing table use divine numerology with the number 10 representing destiny and completion tying to a balanced solar plexus results in feeling a sense of accomplishment and purpose. To balance the solar plexus work through healing doubt and hopelessness through self-empowerment, optimism, and self-control.
The solar plexus is located above the navel in the upper abdomen and it is associated with our personal power, self-esteem, determination and will, and overall energy levels. A balanced solar plexus chakra enables us to assert ourselves, make decisions, ability to be proud of others and pursue our goals. Imbalances within this chakra can result in low self-esteem, lack of fulfillment with life, envy and greed, addiction, and always yearning for more.
The solar plexus is our connection to the grand central sun which is the masculine aspect of the creator source representing alchemy and divine transformation. When you are not plugged into source, there is rain on your parade and clouds over your sunshine. An imbalanced solar plexus comes from sustained levels of lack of joy and feeling unworthy. The solar plexus is all about keeping a balance within our lives leading to happiness and a sense of fulfillment. The element fire representing metabolism and cleansing. I like to think of the solar plexus compared to how mitochondria are the powerhouses of the cell, and how in pilates the abs are known as the powerhouse of the body. The solar plexus is the powerhouse of processing energy within the body and is associated with the esophagus, liver, stomach, pancreas, nervous system, and propulsion and mechanical digestion phases of digestion. The solar plexus and heart chakras are the energy centers connected to the immune system.
In medical astrology, Jupiter the ruler of Sagittarius governs the solar plexus, and Sagittarius is all about being free and paving a new way freely on their own time. Be free to be yourself and love yourself. This is where you find your inner peace, your inner sunshine, and inner light. Golden yellow and white shine from a balanced solar plexus, similar to the sun. The solar plexus, sacral, heart, and third eye chakras all tend to generate a lot of electric-like energy that ranges in colors. White light transmissions work great for balancing electrical chakras like the solar plexus because they play major roles on the nervous system.
It's common that the solar plexus becomes imbalanced from draining day-to-day routines that we are unable to find solutions for, the time and energy spent towards out-of-alignment work and career paths, and from unresolved wounds from psychological manipulation that played a role in confidence and self-trust. When feeling burnt out or or in need of motivation, take a moment to meditate on that you are equipped with all that you need in order to manifest the life that you desire already within you. When we allow negative judgment from others to affect us and cause us to limit our own power to fit in with the status quo, the solar plexus can become out of alignment and dim. Tap into your willpower and find the divine savior always flowing within you to help your situation and guide you for a balanced solar plexus.
Breathwork, massages, warrior pose, and yellow healing gemstones are all wonderful for the solar plexus. When you incorporate your mind and will towards physical activity and motion you activate your solar plexus. This is also a great massage point for balancing your chakras tying into the nervous system.
Anahata Heart Chakra
The fourth chakra is the Heart Chakra, also known as the Anahata Chakra. This amazing electromagnetic energy center is your sacred gateway to the cosmic Christ consciousness. Meditate on the visual of the heart chakra symbol as a 12-petaled lotus representing the 12 divine qualities of the heart. The heart chakra is an emerald green, gold, and white gateway into higher dimensional consciousness. The meaning of the divine numerology of the number 12 is about all things holy and encompassing, cosmic order, and perfection.
The heart chakra is located in the center of the chest and it is associated with love, compassion, and total healing. When the heart chakra is balanced, we experience love, empathy, and a sense of connection with others. Imbalances in this chakra can lead to holding onto hate, bitterness, feelings of jealousy and resentment, or an inability to forgive. We can become closed off to love and help from others when we did not experience nurture or love in early childhood or throughout life leading to a closed and tiny, shrunken, and deflated heart chakra. This may manifest in the physical reality as an imbalance with the heart or respiratory system, or an autoimmune disease. Heal unresolved energy from grief and transform pain within your heart to purpose to balance your heart chakra.
The divine mother resides in our heart chakra and we can expand her pink rays through this chakra for balancing and healing traumas involving parent wounds. When we feel loved and we exude love, our hearts generate energy that boosts our immune system and the feel-good love hormones. Balanced circulation plays a major role in the body's ability to heal itself and function. The heart chakra can help guide our lives for our highest good and this includes making decisions related to relationships with others. Self-lessness and generosity are associated with the heart chakra. When we over give or extend ourselves this can cause the heart chakra to become leaky or imbalanced. A balanced heart chakra results from a balance of self-love and our love for others.
The heart chakra is divinely positioned at a special location between the solar plexus and the throat chakra. This is a middle point between the lower 3 chakras that represent our connection and bridge from the physical earth and reality to the upper 3 chakras connected to the etheric and spiritual realms. If we continue to go central within the heart chakra there is a special place or energy field called the zero point connection. Similarly, hospital beds have incline positions because when laying at a zero point connection with your legs up in alignment with your heart and upper body, there is optimal blood flow throughout your body which helps with circulation and healing. The zero point is symbolic of the temperature point where heat does not exist which is zero degrees Kelvin, a vacuum or a void. This void is actually a magical point that is an infinite source of unlimited, self-sustaining, cosmic energy.
The heart chakra is associated with the circulatory system, thymus, arms, hands, and lungs. This is the energy center for respiration and is influenced by the element air. In medical astrology, the heart chakra is ruled by the planet Venus who governs Taurus and Libra. Connect with the constellation Leo to calm your heart rate and anxiety, and the constellation Aquarius to help improve circulation. You may chant Yam, put your hand over your heart and close your eyes, or try a cup of warm honey, cayenne, plant-based milk, and cacao to open and balance your heart chakra. Connect with the feminine aspects of nature to balance your heart chakra such as mama cacao. You can heal yourself with the heart's self-generating healing energy by tapping into it and expanding it throughout your body.
When it's time to forgive, be sure to forgive to help keep your Anahata open and flowing. Prioritizing healing grief, and resentment, and from bottling emotions up and keeping them on your chest. When I balance my heart and third eye chakras, I love to use colorful healing gemstones, metals, earth grounding, pure isochronic tones and tuning forks. The harp instrument is a heart chakra balance and breathwork can help raise your frequency to be able to have awareness of a higher dimensional connection through your heart. Cold therapy and training the adaptive immune system are other powerful techniques to work with your divine heart chakra.
I love green foods and they are amazing for a healthy heart chakra. I like to drink green juice and take personal time to bring my awareness into my sacred heart space daily. I also will run two fingers from my eyebrows to my temples, behind my ears, down my neck, and into my chest to open my heart chakra daily. Taking care of your lymphatic system and immune system is super important for a healthy heart chakra and lymphatic massages are highly beneficial for overall health. Take a moment to close your eyes and take a few deep, healing breaths. Breath into your heart space and poke out your chest to open and warm up your heart chakra.
Vishuddha Throat Chakra
The fifth chakra is the Throat Chakra, also known as the Vishuddha. Located in the throat area at the base of the back of the neck, this chakra is associated with authentic communication, genuine self-expression, and spiritual connection. A balanced throat chakra enables us to express ourselves clearly and confidently. Imbalances in this chakra can manifest as difficulty in expressing our thoughts, fear of public speaking, a lack of truthful communication, thyroid imbalances, or imbalances within the mouth. To balance the throat chakra be sure to speak your truth, stay clear of lies and energetic distractions, and use the utmost spiritual discernment with speaking your words and knowing your true present voice.
The throat chakra is associated with the neck, shoulders, ears, nose, throat, mouth, thyroid, sinuses, and ingestion phase of digestion. When giving energy healing sessions, clairvoyantly there is often negative energy of some sort found and stored in the sinus cavity. In medical astrology, the throat chakra is ruled by the planet Saturn which rules Capricorn and Aquarius. When there were experiences around a lot of pressure in childhood to conform to patterns that were not in alignment with the person's highest good, throat chakras become small and blocked. Inferiority complexes may cause a person to feel inadequate leading them to the fear of speaking up or speaking their truth resulting in an imbalanced throat chakra. Humiliation, ridicule, and consistent judgment also blocks or dims the throat chakra.
Meditate on the visual of the throat chakra symbol as a turquoise or blue six-teen-petaled lotus with a downward triangle within a circle. The throat chakra reminds me of the number 5 representing truth and connection, and also the number 7 for spiritual awakening and ascension. The throat chakra is associated with the ether space element and tunes extremely well with sound therapy including wind instruments and Isochronic tones. Jaw and vocal exercises such as singing or humming strengthen a glowing and strong throat chakra. The throat chakra resonates at a balance when we are in alignment with our physical and spiritual ears, nose, and throat channels that are connected to consciousness communication and voice vibration. The mantra for the throat chakra is Ham.
Blueberries, honey, eucalyptus, mint, seaweed, and minerals including sea salt are some of the common throat chakra medicinal food balancers. The ancient yoga practice the Khechari mudra involves moving along the roof of the mouth to help stimulate the over 80 meridians located there that are connected to a pathway to the hypothalamus and pineal gland, radiating the pituitary gland and increasing your frequencies for connection. This is why the voice is considered a sacred gateway into the soul. The voice manifests reality and there is power in being able to convey your message.
Spirit release therapy is great for balancing this chakra. A disempowered quieted, and limited voice represses the soul's personal power and results in running the risk of spirit manipulation on thoughts, feelings, actions, and communication. Case studies show that post-SRT people have witnessed a new sense of identity, facial changes, elimination of body odors and illnesses, and increased energy, clarity, and as if they have found their authentic selves again or for the first time ever. Spirits can stay attached to people for lifetimes and cause a number of imbalances both physically and energetically. The throat chakras resonating is a good indicator of someone's overall energy field frequency and the person's discernment of channeling.
When this chakra is balanced, it allows us to experience empathic listening skills, resonating communication styles, and honesty without the fear of judgment. Work with the healing gemstones apatite, lapis lazuli, amazonite, and agate to help balance the throat chakra and promote calm, confidence, and authenticity when public speaking. Stand up for yourself and know that your truth matters for wellness and a flowing throat chakra.
I know thy self is the affirmation of the throat chakra. Knowing thy self from a higher level of consciousness understanding is what the throat chakra is all about. Keeping you in alignment with your soul's purpose and your healthy connection to other people and relationships. My favorite exercises for the throat chakra are techniques that require me to listen to a healing sound or vibrate my throat.
Ajna Third Eye Chakra
The sixth chakra is the Third Eye Chakra, also known as Ajna. Located between the eyebrows, this chakra is associated with intuition, wisdom, mental health, perception, and spiritual insight. An open and balanced third eye chakra allows us to tap into our inner source guidance and access higher states of consciousness. Imbalances in this chakra can result in confusion, lack of clarity, difficulty in trusting our intuition, headaches, and physical and spiritual eye imbalances. For balancing the third eye chakra, allow the awareness of illusions and shadows to be brought to light and resolved. You can do this by working with and reprogramming your subconscious mind to let go of what you once held as truth that did not align with your awakened truths.
The third eye chakra is associated with the pineal gland, spiritual and physical eyes, various nerves around the head, the occipital lobe, and the primary visual cortex of the brain. In medical astrology, the third eye chakra is ruled by the sun. If there are imbalances around the sleep cycle this is an indicator that the third eye is likely imbalanced. I like to listen to bells, chimes, and isochronic 528 hz frequency tones to balance the energy around my third eye chakra. A balanced third eye chakra results from the accurate discernment of thoughts with the ability to differentiate the ego voice from the higher mind and subconscious.
Meditate on the visual of the third eye chakra symbol as an indigo-colored Om symbol inside of a two-petaled lotus. The Ajna resonates with the numerology numbers 666, 777, and 2. The third eye chakra is associated with our moral and intuitive compass, our guiding light throughout our lives. The mind's eye is our portal of clarity, understanding, wisdom, and extrasensory abilities. Through the higher mind, one can access the reality that time and space are an illusion and that we are all connected to all that ever existed in the past, that exists now and to come. Lose an object? Ask your higher mind to guide you to. Seeking answers regarding a relationship or health issue? Ask your higher mind to show you what you need to understand in order to move forward for your highest good. Tap into your mind's eye to connect with timelines for understanding purpose and for healing.
When you balance your third eye chakra you are able to tap into your psychic mind to be able to connect with energy fields to tap into telekinesis, to heal disease, advance your skills, and increase your intelligence and understanding. Your third eye is your own personal Google. If there is a struggle with memory or sluggish and cloudy thinking, these are both signs that the third eye chakra could be imbalanced. Try meditations that reconnect the light beams that shine from all cardinal directions to your pineal gland and expand the energy and light that sparks here outwards. Practice visualizations and tap into your child-like imagination to gain a greater connection with your higher source consciousness.
Closing the eyes and bringing awareness to the brow line is what religion models prayer from. This energy center along with the crown chakra connects us to communication with the divine. Consciousness flows through the crown and into the third eye where we process and perceive the consciousness we are channeling. Many people are praying and spiritually working with their higher source believing this source to be the creator God Source and without this discernment. This lack of discernment with truth causes an imbalanced third eye chakra.
When we are visionaries and are inspired, our third eye chakras are open and flowing. The majority of the population does not have discernment of when they are in their mind's eye and higher dimensions of consciousness. The third eye chakra resonates at a balance when we are staying grounded in reality. When this chakra is out of alignment, the person may be feeding some sort of illusions within their life or are buying the collective programming. The third eye chakra is associated with the element light and through your third eye you can connect with your sacred light body your merkabah.
You will notice that your mind's eye is open when you are able to receive the accurate answers and insight that you are seeking. You may close your eyes and see a red or blue dot in between your brows indicating your eye is open. Train your spiritual eyes as you would tone any muscle through repetition, practice, and training. When you relax and let go of expectations, you will allow yourself to begin to receive visuals with your eyes open or closed. You may also look upwards left or right to see out of your higher mind. I offer 1:1 sessions that can help you to develop your intuitive abilities. If you are considering going into the metaphysical field and would like to offer channeling services to the public, it is recommended you train with a mentor or group to help you gain confidence and discernment with your quiet and almost faint awakened sense of vision and clairvoyance. The most common clairs include clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, clairaugustine, and claircongnesience.
Quartz crystal spheres work wonders with their 360-degree healing rays for balancing the body's energy field and the third eye. Take a premium quartz crystal sphere and pair it with other third eye stones like amethyst and moonstone as well as a black stone or glass-like obsidian. Form a grid near your working or creative space to help remove blocks within the mind and open up your channel to solutions and clarity.
Sahasrara Crown Chakra
The seventh chakra is the Crown Chakra, also known as Sahasrara. Located at the top of the head, this violet and silver-white light chakra is associated with our connection to Spirit, enlightenment, and transcendence of limitations. When the crown chakra is balanced, we experience a deep sense of spiritual awakening and connection to the divine Creator. Imbalances in this chakra can manifest as a feeling of disconnectedness, lack of purpose, mental illness, neurological disease, or spiritual disorientation. To balance the crown chakra, release attachments, heal past life trauma, and have faith that the universe is working in alignment with you for the higher and collective good. Through your crown chakra, you are connected to all things above, in the galaxy and beyond. Meditate on the visual of the purple crown symbol as a thousand-petaled lotus, opening up to the divine above.
The crown chakra is associated with the pituitary gland, the brain, comprised from all chakras, and holds akashic records. In medical astrology, the crown chakra is ruled by the moon governing instincts, emotions, the mind, and the subconscious. The crown chakra resonates with the numbers 9, 777, and 0. When out of alignment we are being too left-brained and logical, we lack faith and our connection with God which results in serious imbalances within the nervous system, our sense of happiness, and our connection to the community that we love both alive and deceased.
It is an ancient prophecy that the world would come to a day where we are so disconnected from the truth about God that it would result in a consequence of people forgetting who their family members are, which many believe is a prophecy for fallen times that lead to dementia. When the crown chakra is out of alignment, the mind is imbalanced. The crown is associated with the element of consciousness, as we are truly here on earth as eternal spiritual beings and we must stay true to this for well-being.
The vibrational frequency of the mantra Aum balances the crown chakra symbolic of stillness, silence, and realization of completeness. When the crown is balanced we are able to surrender to the universe and feel connected to our soul's purpose and supported by the divine. Signs of a closed crown chakra include close-mindedness, cyclical thoughts, hopelessness, and feeling scattered. There may also be dizziness and imbalances with body coordination when there is a blocked crown chakra. Blocked crowns limit us from our connection to the world, deep thinking, and inner peace. Trust that the creator, Spirit, God, created us for a higher good and that you are in alignment with this truth.
When we feed a victim mindset, pessimism, and hold onto rejection the crown chakra can become out of alignment and dimmed. Stay devoted to your goals and dreams to keep your crown open and flowing. You may also choose to wear a crown chakra covering as a symbol of devotion to Spirit as a protective cover over your sacred connection channel to God. Praying, channeling, journaling, animating, and meditating are all great techniques to balance your crown chakra. Purple stones like amethyst, quartz, moonstone, selenite, and diamonds are all healing gemstones to work with your crown chakra.
Affirmations include, "I understand. I trust and love Spirit and life. I allow unconditional love consciousness to flow freely through my crown. I honor my sacred path." The crown chakra resonates at a balance with the sound of the G note and hz frequencies around 700. Purple foods like plums, berries, dates, raisins, and eggplant, as well as detoxifying herbs and ginger are all balancing for the crown chakra. In order for the crown to stay balanced there must be a balanced exposure of air, water, and sunlight. Physical exercises for the crown chakra include inversion tables, headstands, tree pose, camel pose, and lotus position.
