High-Vibe Ginger Root
I think of natural herbs, roots, and foods as nature's best apothecary. It wasn't long ago, that we were all more aligned with our natural medical intuitive abilities and connection with the earth. Our ancestors found healing remedies through plants, spiritual connections, and practices that incorporated natural elements. This was the prelude to modern medicine today.
Ginger root is one of my go-to favorites for all-around well-being and balance. I like to add juiced ginger to my fresh pressed juices daily and I also really enjoy pickled ginger to eat. Ginger root has been well recognized across cultures and medicinal practices for its various healing benefits. It has been found to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which makes it a high-vibrational medicinal food through my clairvoyant eyes. Studies prove that inflammation is a major root cause of many illnesses. Inflammation is a major imbalance for people aligned with the American diet which is high in processed and carcinogenic foods and ginger is a great support for the body to combat this and help with digestion.
Ginger root also works wonders for anxiety and an upset stomach. While the brain-gut connection goes hand-in-hand, it's important to prioritize a healthy, natural, and organic diet to help balance brain and mental health. Whenever my body is a bit more active I also like to incorporate the high vibrational ginger root in my diet including during menstruation. Although I no longer suffer from painful menstrual cycles, I do attribute the healing of my reproductive system ailments to the power of organic ginger. Research suggests that ginger root may benefit the body's cholesterol levels and blood pressure. Ginger also possesses neuroprotective properties that benefit the brain and memory.
From an energetic standpoint, when ginger is consumed the decrease in inflammation that it leads to raises the person's energetic vibration. It's not a norm for us to tell a friend who just had a bad day to, "go drink some ginger tea" to help with your day; however, certain medicinal foods can help with clearing energy blocks within their energy field. I also like to drink ginger shots when in need of an immune boost and energetically it reves up my body's engine and helps me to be more energically open and flowing. Because of the dynamic and powerful healing properties of ginger root, it resonates with every chakra, especially the root, solar, heart, and third eye chakras.
Incorporating ginger root into your diet can be done in different ways and can be used in cooking, brewed as a tea, or taken in supplement form. However, it's important to note that while ginger root has many potential health benefits, it may not be suitable for everyone, especially for those with certain medical conditions or taking specific medications. It's always best to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating ginger root into your daily routine.
