The Power of Healing Greens

Why I Drink Green Juice
My love for juicing started when I first decided that a plant-based diet works best for my body and energy. Incorporating green juice into my day always brings me joy, sustained energy, and a sense of groundedness. When I drink green juice, I can feel it raise the frequencies within my aura field and it decreases inflammation within my body. If I'm ever aiming to trigger an energy shift I will make and drink a fresh green juice.
Foods rich in chlorophyll lights up my body and cells with positive energy! Drinking green juice not only helps to keep my stomach slim but it makes me feel clean from the inside out. Certain green fruits and vegetables are high-vibrational foods meaning they are great for cleansing, healing, and rejuvenating the body with vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.
As a channel, it is important to me that I try to stay grounded and when I am feeling a little off, cranky, or unmotivated there is something medicinal about setting positive intentions into fruits and vegetables and either eating them but especially making a juice. This is one of my magic tricks to lift my mood immediately.
I also like to have green juice to help with minimizing the effects of environmental toxins within my body. It's like the clouds part ways and the light shines from the earth within. Green juice is also hydrating. The most hydrating juice that I love would be watermelon juiced with fresh mint. The positive and healing benefits of plant-based meals, drinks, and medicines are phenomenal and endless.
It's concerning to see how the earth's natural environment has become more and more polluted over the years. One of the best contributors to change would be through gardening, recycling, using less plastics, and trying to lower waste. Green juices are a great way to help the body cleanse from pollutants picked up in the air, from product residue, cleaning products, and chemicals found in products put on the skin.

Healing Wheatgrass Shots
When I can, I enjoy wheatgrass when I need a shot of sunshine. Wheatgrass shots can help bring the body back into balance through their high oxygen and alkalizing effects. It's great for the digestive system and for metabolism and I feel the positive effects within my third eye and crown chakras. Wheatgrass helps make my skin look amazing and is detoxing. I love wheatgrass because it's loaded with essential vitamins and minerals all in one.
Wheatgrass also lights up my immune system and improves brain fog. It can also help with metabolism and blood sugar levels. Between its live enzymes and antioxidants, wheatgrass is one of my top favorites for self-care, plant-based healing, and everyday wellness.
It's important to note that while juicing has many potential health benefits, it may not be suitable for everyone, especially for those with certain medical conditions or taking specific medications. It's always best to consult with a healthcare or medical professional before incorporating fresh juices into your daily routine.
